The starving artist resorting to eating the tools of his trade.

The obligatory picture at the corner of Haight and Asbury in Frisco. Taken in 1991.

In 1995 I was at a Ben and Jerry's on that corner (fill in your own punchline) when the combination of a double tall mocha and chocolate hot fudge sundae disagreed with me.

I left abruply to... how can I put it... relieve the contents of my stomach on that corner.

The weird thing is how it felt, since I had just consumed the ice cream before I threw up, it was cold coming back. It felt strange, almost soothing, so soothing I did it again.

Ok, I'm done now.
